 After sudden weight gain and loss and due to the decrease in the amount of subcutaneous collagen with age, sagging may occur in the arms, especially in the area from the armpit to the elbow.  Although sports and special exercises for sagging areas can be effective in mild sagging, surgical stretching is the only effective method in more severe sagging.

Pre-Treatment

In the first step, the patient is picked up from the airport with our VIP transfer vehicle and placed in the hotel. In the second step, the patient is examined by the relevant doctor. The patient is informed about the surgery by the doctor here. In the third step, necessary blood tests are performed. The patient is asked to sign the consent form for the surgery. The patient who has gone through all these stages is now ready for the surgery.

After resting in the hotel for a few days, the patient is returned to their country with the return transfer to the airport after the final doctor check-up.

How is Arm Lift Turkey Performed?

    Arm lift operation is performed under general anesthesia. In case of armpit sagging only, the sagging skin is collected and hidden under the skin, but if the sagging extends to the elbow, the sagging skin is removed by making a vertical incision from the inner face from the armpit to the elbow where the incision scars will not be seen and the cut skin is sutured again. If necessary, liposuction of the arm before arm lift operation is important for a better result. As a result, a smoother and tauter arm appearance is achieved by removing the sagging skin tissue. Although some scar remains after the operation, it will not attract attention at first glance because it remains on the inner side of the arm.

How is Arm Lift Turkey Performed?

    The patient stays in the hospital for one day after surgery, then can return to work after 2-3 days of rest at home. There will be mild pain for the first 1-2 weeks. Shower can be taken after 2 days, arms should be kept above the heart level for a few days, daily wound care should be done carefully. Stitches will not need to be removed as dissolvable stitches are usually used.  After 6-8 weeks, the arms can be used comfortably and sports can be practiced.
