What Is
Gynecomastia

Gynecomastia can be defined as female type breast enlargement in men. In true gynaecomastia, a growth occurs due to an increase in the glandular tissue of the breast, while in false (psoudo gynaecomastia) gynaecomastia, there is no increase in glandular tissue, only a growth due to an increase in fat in the breast area.

Pre-Treatment

In the first step, the patient is picked up from the airport with our VIP transfer vehicle and placed in the hotel. In the second step, the patient is examined by the relevant doctor. The patient is informed about the surgery by the doctor here. In the third step, necessary blood tests are performed. The patient is asked to sign the consent form for the surgery. The patient who has gone through all these stages is now ready for the surgery.

After resting in the hotel for a few days, the patient is returned to their country with the return transfer to the airport after the final doctor check-up.

Gynecomastia Risks And Side Effects

It is not a very high-risk operation, but as in other operations, some anesthesia risks, bleeding, infection and pain may develop. As I say for every surgery, these risks can be minimized with an experienced doctor, a fully equipped hospital, a detailed pre-evaluation and good postoperative care. It should not be forgotten that no surgery can be risk-free.

Who Is A Good Candidate For Gynecomastia Surgery?

Every man who has female type breast enlargement and who does not respond with known drug treatment is a candidate for gynaecomastia operation.

Gynecomastia Symptoms

The only symptom in men with gynecomastia is the presence of larger than normal breasts, usually without pain or tenderness in the breasts.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Gynecomastia surgery, or male breast reduction, involves an incision around the areola or under the arm to remove excess tissue, fat, and skin. The incision is small, and the surgeon tries to place it in a discreet location to minimize scarring. However, all surgeries leave some level of scarring and the scars from gynecomastia surgery are typically minimal and fade over time, they are usually well hidden, most men are satisfied with the results.

You can consult us to determine that non-surgical options may not be as effective as surgery in the treatment of gynecomastia and also to determine the best treatment for your particular situation.
